SB2635 solves the commercial code component for 3-4 unit buildings under 5k sq ft, effective July 2024! (h/t Olivia Ranseen)
How do HPR regulations apply to vertically stacked forms? If residential code or single stair reforms or quadplex zoning unlocks other forms (e.g. two-over-two quads) does HPR continue as an unlock vs having to go the traditional condo route?
Brief was really good - not just informative but also an engaging read.
