See, this sounds more like what I thought the film was going to be, but I was getting put off by the 'shallow feminism' criticism. It's Wayne's World with body horror, which is what everybody wants to see.

Idk about Waynes World, it feels more like Society set in Hollywood. a primal scream in the face of an industry full of mcmahons and weinsteins. its subtle as a sledgehammer but it says what it wants to say and ppl are bringing baggage to it based on marketing & hype imo which is unfair to the film
