Sickness got much worse, spent the day getting passed around the hospital. Thankfully I'm now being sent home with a load of pils. Severe chest infection woo! Got the right medication now so time to sleep and rest forever.

Definitely stick to the rest part, but make sure to keep moving now and then. Wear a mask and walk around the neighborhood to move all the gunk out of your chest. Take your time, take it easy. Lots of fluids, but also yogurt. That'll help your gut biome survive the meds.
