If you live in AZ, CO, FL, MD, MO, MT, NE, NV, NY or SD there is a state constitutional amendment to protect abortion access on your ballot in November. None of them are perfect! But most would enshrine access until 24 weeks and allow later abortions to protect the life of the pregnant person.
