Disappointed with my #Carvana experience. Went to the Schaumburg vending machine to pick up the car I purchased, only to find it dirty inside/out, wrong trim level, undisclosed damage, low fluids, check engine light as I was about to go for a test drive. 🧵

The experience from the get go was disappointing. No acknowledgement from ANY of the Advocates upon walk in. No instructions on what to do upon arrival. Everyone just standing around, waiting to be acknowledged. Advocates had their backs turned to customers and frequently left the desk unattended.
