When my son was born and in the NICU, I told him about our family and how one of our core values was sleep. The attending nurse overheard and started laughing. I think of her often when he's screaming at 3am. But I also think of her when I put him down in the crib for a nap and he just rolls over.
I love you all and hope you’re having an amazing weekend. Doing anything fun? I’m going to try to use my baby’s nap time to get some work done on a new productized offering.

Seems like a tough week for a lot of us. A reminder that you're doing better than you think. Give yourself a little grace. Just surviving is often the only win you need.
