Happening now: extremely loud roaring from Hengyuan Refining Company's flarestack. Like a Boeing flying right over your head. Began 30mins ago. They are supposed to inform us in advance about any unusual activity, but no word whatsoever. Hope I don't die in a refinery explosion tonight ...
