As I was boarding a woman with an emotional support dog got pissy because her dog/tote was considered a personal item and she had to check her third bag This was the most exhausted, fuckless flight crew I have ever experienced but even I was like c’mon

If they would just enforce the bag placement that wouldn’t even be a problem ffs
