I get it, the weird thing made people believe laughing at fascists is the way. It's a tool, and you need different tools for different jobs. You can't turn a neo Nazi racist attack that has Haitian people fearing for their kids' lives into a joke. We need a different tool for this one

Any variation of "laughing at them can be an effective tool" is not needed because I already acknowledged that, just don't think it is this time Also listen to the people from the actual community that you should be listening to on this, they are being pretty clear how they feel about the "jokes"

I ran across a post on reddit trying to sell it, and very few bought it. Most pointed out not just how ridiculous it is, but how cruel it is. And this was on the 'Conspiracy' subreddit which has people who like to believe wild and totally implausible things. Even they see it as grotesque.

We can point out that it is absurd in addition to being a racist slander of people who came here for their own safety. People laughed when he said it but this is because it IS absurd, and he showed himself to be a fool that believes anything.

Laughing at Nazis only works when they're the butt of the joke. If the joke is at the expense of someone else, you're doing it wrong, which these people are
