i have a zoom at 6pm … so of course my internet is out. is anyone else having eastlink issues?

She really hates the way Eastlink has so many channels and no way to track which ones she has. Currently trying to get her to go with Purple Cow.

Citywide does not own the infrastructure. All they do is resell eastlink services at a profit. It will be eastlink or one of their contractors doing the pole work. I wonder if has reported the outage to eastlink yet.

City Wide(a reseller) sadly is at the mercy of Eastlink who typically handles trunks, line installs etc..... That is painful having lived that service level before

i needed copies of my eastlink cell bills from 2021 and they weren’t all available online … they had to print them off and mail them to me. they couldn’t even just email me pdfs … they had to print them and mail them. with a stamp.

Doesn’t CityWide provide third party service? I would think they’d have to wait on Eastlink or Bell, whichever lines they use. If so, you’d think they’d tell you that. 🤷🏼‍♀️

This is 100% eastlink issues. Also included is their guilt tripping/thinly veiled threats of "you'd better do your 3 days in the office or we will do full time back to office, emails" So happy I don't work for them.

The only reason employers force people to return to offices when they can perfectly well do their jobs remotely is because they don't trust workers. The Canadian federal government is doing this and I love this union sign.
