The Military Service Pension Archive applications are such an incredible resource and oh my GOD I’m struggling to decipher the handwriting and arrive at uniform spellings of names. Current guy is pretty cool, though. May do a big thread in a few weeks.

I feel like a giant child every time I see my handwriting on an envelope I intend to send out in the mail. I think it might be compounded by the fact that I only send out important stuff.

No idea btw! But it looks quite different from both russian-accented English cursive, American handwriting, and German handwriting - three styles I've been exposed to so far!
