my gruul dinos are rationed to eight forests, eight mountains, eight guildgates, one itlimoc. this is healthy for them. it keeps them in ketosis.
(You do know that ketosis happens 12-72 hours into a fasting period, right?)
What is Keto short for? Ketosis. Done
Last year my husband was really sick and unintentionally losing weight and I realised that I hadn't smelt ketosis since the locker room in high school. At one stage there were 6 girls from my class of 120 in inpatient care for their eating disorders.
How did it go? Are they really requiring keto and checking for ketosis with the finger pricks??
I walked one mile to the restaurant and I'm already winded jfc I'm experiencing faster ketosis every day
Interesting! Keto is designed to burn fat. No carbs (no cereals, sugar, rice, etc) but replace these with fat-rich foods (yoghurt, nuts, cheese, seeds, oil, butter etc). This fires ketosis (fat burning), and you lose weight v quickly. I did it 2 years ago & lost 3 inches off my waist in 6 weeks!
Fight me: I am sick to death of seeing that article saying bipolar can be treated using the keto diet. It's difficult to attain ketosis, and you can experience: High saturated fat linked to heart disease Nutrient deficiency Liver problems Kidney problems Constipation Fuzzy thinking and *mood swings*Fight me: I am sick to death of seeing that article saying bipolar can be treated using the keto diet. It's advertised as a weight-loss wonder, but this eating plan is actually a medical diet that comes with serious risks. In the world of weight-loss diets, low-carbohydrate, high-protein eating plan...
This is so bonkers. Can’t even one bite of the “wrong” thing knock you out of ketosis? Report back! I hope it’s just blood sugar
I guess they're checking ketones and blood sugars? I have a call with my "coach" today, and I'm going to ask if I fail at reaching/staying in ketosis, are they going to cancel my coverage? That seems totally unfair, imo
