Hab heute noch ne Anregung zu "alles was hilft" bekommen. Find es sooo niedlich.

Post von Nathan W. Pyle @nathanwpyle
"one silly thing that helps me worry less is a drawing I did of my internal self with the very prominent worry button. Don't hit that worry button, I think to myself often now

WORRY

the visual helps me because "don't worry" does not move me but "do not hit the worry button" is a more useful instruction!

That's when I remember there are other levers and buttons and gauges to check instead."
Zeichnung zeigt einen inneren Mensch, der die roten Lenkung fest im Griff hat, Blick geradeaus, den blauen Worry-Button an der Seite feste ignorierend.

Two eagles sitting in arm chairs. One reads the paper, the other has a cup of tea

Text:

DO YOU THINK THE OWL IS A PREDATOR?

OF COURSE NOT. HE'S NEVER BOTHERED ME.

EXACTLY.

NO IDEA WHAT
MR. MOUSE WAS
GOING ON ABOUT.

I find that answer wholly insufficient. Others didn't pierce his privacy, he did with this deleted tweet. To now claim it's a "privately held belief" when asked to clarify stinks of cowardice. The audience he wanted to see the message did, and he politely retracted when asked to contextualize it.

Tweet by Nathan W. Pyle @nathanwpyle:

When I think of the #MarchForLife, I first think of the life story of my girlfriend, Soojin. I am thankful she was given the gift of life.

Screenshot of a message from Soojin:

Today, rather than any other emotion of anger, or sadness, or frustration at injustice, I choose to feel insurmountable gratefulness for the gift of my life. Thank you Lord for my every tear, and every laugh, and every breath of this short life. Thank you Father for the stories of others from last year's #MarchForLife who were also discarded or abandoned, yet were given a chance to live. Thank you for the courageous mothers. Thank you for the loneliness, helplessness, and loss. The brokenness of this world leads us to so hope and long for Your beauty, and Your rescue, and Your redemption.
