Yes - I’ve made mushroom & garlic pasta as a quick supper for years. But that’s two pans! The only potential drawback I can see/taste is the uncooked garlic. Longer “marinade” in the oil/lemon might mellow it. Or possibly sub garlic oil for a proportion of the olive oil. Or learn to live with it?🙄
A sound design plugin i think a lot more people should be using is “spiral delay” it has way more quality, precise controls atleast to me then other delays, and the delayed sound pans outward which is really cool albeit gimmicky
