Yes - I’ve made mushroom & garlic pasta as a quick supper for years. But that’s two pans! The only potential drawback I can see/taste is the uncooked garlic. Longer “marinade” in the oil/lemon might mellow it. Or possibly sub garlic oil for a proportion of the olive oil. Or learn to live with it?🙄

When i saw this post, i checked which items in our kitchen was NOT imported. The cast iron pan & some mugs. That is it. Even then, we aren’t sure the pan was US made. Fridge, stove, microwave, stand-mixer, hand-mixer, the stick, pots, pans, baking sheets, utensils, glasses, etc ALL imported
Tried that one, I'm afraid. The problem is that the pans are too slick to pull water off the brush. I can dab it down, but capillary action will just keep it attached to the bristles. The pans don't even get wet, lol.
