I've now upgraded my fight stick to a Sanwa fight stick and added an octoganal gate. The difference is night and day with these upgrades. Though I'm still terrible at MvC2 and probably Capcom vs SNK2 when that comes out.

sanwa supplyのNT-BT26BK導入して気付いたこと。 テンキーのピリオド/DelはNumlockオンでもCtrl+Alt+でセキュア・アテンション・キーとして発動する。 NumLockオンでしか使わんからオフ時のキーアサインとか意識なかったんだけどお前だけ貫通するんかい！

I was soo excited to mod my 8bitdo fight stick and put in a Sanwa fight stick. But I stripped the last crew on the baseplate of the stock fight stick. 🤦 Now I have to make another trip to the hardware store.
A combination I’d say. I get why people like Sanwa, but it’s just not for me, at least for fighting games/something like Pac-Man CE that requires sharp inputs. As I’ve said before, to me personally it’s like learning to drive with a standard steering wheel and suddenly being handed this.
I grew up playing games with Happ sticks in arcades and massively prefer them to Sanwa to this day.
