Heavy rain in Cambridge too. But we've needed it. The lawn is yellow and dry and all my vegetables have been struggling. My 5 waterbutts are almost empty.

Forecast was for rain today. Now it's not. We has a tiny bit about 10 days ago, but I honestly can't remember when it rained before that. All 6 waterbutts are dry. Rain is now forecasted for.... this Bank Holiday weekend. Sod's law.

Oh no, so you’re at the full water butt stage, where you need to buy another waterbutt to act as an overflow for your existing waterbutts, and then step them down so they flow from one to another… well that’s your Sunday sorted… 😂👋

Also same especially when the waterbutts get low and can't water plants haha 😆

I have none right now, but tomorrow I will go out and photograph all the ponds Storm Cearan has created in my garden. And my brimfull waterbutts. And my cat, who has such thick fur she doesn't even realise its raining!
