Today was the morning to make cut rounds (British biscuit) for my granddaughter. Topped off with clotted cream & lemon curd. They got a two thumbs up. I didn’t make the lemon curd, but will try that next time. The rich golden color is due to the egg wash. #baking#whatscooking#recipes#british 🍽️
