Usually two companies doing business with each other at arm's length are assumed to be responsible for their own decisions (for better or for worse). In NZ there would be a bunch of factors at play here, not super confident on US law if the baffling coercion accusation wasn't in play.
I'm laughing that the moderator is pressing Walz to "answer the question" of whether the "abortion in the 9th month" thing is true, because Walz is clearly of the opinion that the accusation is too absurd to even discuss. (The first thing he said was "that's not true." He answered the question.)
