Anyway that’s my “State of the Cervine” address. Thanks to everyone who has been cheering me on, or at the very least, putting up with my rambles.

Throwback to years ago, when I discovered there's a D&D creature called a leucrotta*, described as "head of badger, tail of lion, body/legs of a deer". Sounded good-so I drew it. A few days later I realised it meant American badger-not European Here's a redraw of that mistake -2822 🎨🐡 #art#ttrpg

A black ballpoint sketch of a leucrotta from Dungeons and Dragons, but with a European badger head, instead of an American one. The body is cervine, and the tail that of a lion, and it is mid walk

I like dragons with feathers a lot, primarily that means these two (left is my girl Cay, right is latias from pokemon). I did the quadrupedal bat-winged fire-breathing thing for a looong time (and I still love those guys to bits) but I greatly fancy the avian/solarpunk/telekinetic vibes these days!

a white, tall bird wyvern floats in a black void. she has angled wings and a tail that forms a sweeping crescent shape about her claws. the head is narrow and gently reptilian or cervine with a crest of feathers from the back of the head.
it's latias! but really pink! she looks a bit like a cross between a crane and a fighter jet. she is an aesthetically pleasing blend of oval shapes and triangles.

Because they’re all on one side of her head and she’s cervine-ish in nature, she’s got a sizable blind spot, like me. But those other eyes are aspects of the adaptive skills I have. For one, I’m exceptionally good at getting around in low light and darkness. 2/?

A vexed little incubus (Nudity consists of a modest and artistic butt crack. Beware bad-faith labels: this artwork is not sexual in any way.)

The image is a digital painting of a very skinny, sexless, devil-like creature with brilliant blue skin on a vivid red and black background. It has a long, thin tail ending in a wicked blade-like barb and dainty little cervine legs, the hooves of which scarcely touch the ground. Its eyes, nose and mouth glow red on its nearly black face below two large and twisted horns. Its transparent hair billows above and behind it like smoke. It stretches languidly, arching its winged back and wearing a sullen moue. It seems brooding and unhappy, the oppressive dark atmosphere seeming to weigh heavily on it. What could possibly have made this little devil pout so grumpily?
