By essentially zeroing your graph based on the values from 2015, you've completely erased the massive disparity between productivity and compensation that already existed by that time.
Do you think it's maybe misleading to start this graph in 2015 and to focus on the similarity in the rate of change rather than, say, examining the actual values starting in the 70s, aka when productivity and compensation became decoupled in the US?
i think my understanding of what a "big jump" was was definitely lower than 40, like...maybe in the 15-20 range. i was also doing the job search intensely last year and based on that i thought i understood what the upper bound of compensation looked like for me...and it was definitely not 40 haha

"Climate change is a hoax." My lily-white, sweaty ass it is, Republicans. They need to pay the world compensation.
we already saved 20bn by replacing all low level admins with sub-minimum wage call centers who we purposely dont explain anything to, but our costs increased by 40bn when we increased our own compensation packages and added new underworked and overcompensated executive positions for our friends 😔
Genuine, meaningful, hard work first gets appropriated (without due credit, compensation or platform for the originators), then it gets watered down, misunderstood, misrepresented & monetized by corporate shysters, then it gets vilified, ridiculed and dismissed as buzzwords and bs...
She isn't wrong at all. CEOs do very little for the massive compensation they take, I think I remember someone mentioning/writing that CEO jobs were among the most easily replaced by AI.
Maximum compensation for bank fraud down from £415,000 to £85,000, to boost bank profits. From today banks can also charge £100 for dealing with fraud. So, a fraud for less than £100 isn't worth reporting. Will encourage crooks. Would banks be vigilant? Whose side is Govt on?
I think this is all fake, the US is the boss, it's telling Netanyahu EXACTLY what to do and assisting in it, this is just leaked as transparent weak diplomatic cover.
