I think you bring up a very valid point. I was trying to point out that the choice to vote for Harris doesn't mean we're not thinking or caring about genocide. Sounds like we just have different opinions on how harm reduction can be achieved (which is ok, we're not going to always agree).

LGBTQ+ people are just people. The fact that two adults love each other does absolutely nothing to harm anyone's life. They pay their taxes and work, they deserve their rights. Love will win regardless of all evil.
Sometimes a simplistic UI design ends up doing more harm than good. When it comes to knowing what/where things can be interacted/touched/clicked, you have to know what can/can't. My mom can't tell what if everything is flat and not skewmorphic. I blame Microsoft for that first and Alphabet & Apple.
And how would that play out? Again, walk me through what voters she picks up vs what voters she would lose. Let me repeat: you’re not going to get a perfect candidate. MOST adults understand this and vote for the closest one to their worldview and principles in furtherance of harm reduction.
