Doesn't seem hard to get BGG players to play prototype games on Tabletop Simulator, so that could be a cheap way to test materials with hardcore players. My real concern is finding players who AREN'T on BGG. It's hard to test a rulebook if you only test with people who can deal with bad rulebooks.

They don't need one more guy to shortcut safety rules, substitute low quality materials, suppress research into health or safety or alternative products, and somehow have a mountain of wealth just for being an asshole
