The sky tonight #VAwx

A cloud formation glows with a vibrant orange hue as it catches the last rays of the sunset. The cloud, resembling a fiery plume, rises against a serene sky, fading into a deep blue above and a subdued twilight hue near the horizon. The silhouette of a mountain range in the background adds depth to the scene, emphasizing the cloud’s impressive scale.

It was a crime to cut them all down and the monocrop clear-cut lumber farming practiced in the Coast Range today is another crime. You shouldn't be able to get lumber by murdering the whole forest.

Homeward Bound, Home on the Range, and Oliver & Company. Also the different 101 Dalmatian movies are pretty, if I remember correctly

I don’t know what my expectations would be for voting among firefighters. “Better than cops, worse than any other union” is a pretty wide range.

See this is in my range. Monsters, sci fi, etc. It's slashers and supernatural stuff that I can't handle

Yep. And it ties into conventional wisdom that everyone gets more conservative as they age & current confusion over not happening. People don’t get more conservative. Parties get more liberal. Generally speaking while there is some fluctuation over a person life’s they stay within a range.

Unsolicited: chiropractic has been life changing for me; recommend focusing on your mobility generally and core strength specifically; lastly, this may be an opportunity to rebuild your major lifts from “scratch” by focusing on form and full range of motion… #okbye

Two handed barbell movements, again, with light weights focus on staying balanced and as full range of motion (as pain free as possible) will bring about results in more applicable, effective and safer manner.

You def didn’t ask for this but my dad is a USA weightlifting coach so I sent him your question😂. He said: 2 things 1. Work range of motion first 2. Focus on your core stability second. So unilateral asymmetrical movements are not recommended for pulls squats or presses.
