It's really difficult to simulate switches in electrical computer simulations. You either have to assume they're permanently connected, in which case you have a really high resistance and voltage bleeds through the switched side and you get funky behaviour with logic on the dead side OR...

It has no motivation, it has no intelligence, it has no ability to reason. It has a sequence of guesses that simulate those things with no ability to consciously evaluate them. Even with human rating inputs for evaluation, it just evaluates itself with another guessing machine.
