I was telling someone how much I love pop tarts and they were like you should try toaster strudels they are way better, and when I bought them to try them, I entirely over estimated my willpower to actually toast these things and then spread the icing, that was a lot

Not for taste, but for concept...the Mystery Flavor Pop Tarts that turned out to be everything bagels with cream cheese was so hilariously stupid

I only have pop tarts when I’m on orders (and that’s off the table in a little over a month). They’re good but I can do better if I’m having junk food. If I’m on orders though, well, I’m running all over the place and army food often leaves a lot to be desired.

Yeah I have the big sad that there aren't any sugar free ones outside of the weird protein chalky ones. Would love to have pop tarts

Don't you want them to at least make it to launch, so we can all try "You Tarts" pastries tuned to our specific genetic needs?

Do tell.

In October 2023 and this past July, January AI announced pilot projects with Nestlé and Mars's research arm, the Mars Advanced Research Institute, in which the startup offered its tech for initiatives based around personalized nutrition and AI-led R&D efforts. Using January's AI-driven software, it is capable of proposing new products that can improve not only health but texture, ingredients, and flavor. It can also recommend more efficient R&D processes, which the company suggests might lower costs.
As big food companies begin to incorporate AI into creating recipes for new products, Hashemi is hopeful they'll overhaul the kinds of foods Americans find in the supermarket. But she acknowledges that doing so is a bit like turning a tanker: There's still strong momentum for food companies to continue to make cheap products that may be less healthy for people. If anything, she says there are some indications of doubling down on unhealthy foods. Mars's August $35.9 billion acquisition of Kellanova, which produces Cheez-Its and Pop-Tarts, is an indicator.
