stanford students occupied admin buildings and burned down the ROTC office on campus, like fully razed to the ground. i could've sworn i read that there'd been multiple attempts to burn down the Stanford Research Institute, where they had been working on chemical & biological weapons in the 60s
I just saw someone say that students protesting the Vietnam War were far less disruptive and destructive than students in the Palestine Solidarity Movement. Student anti-war activists in the 60s and early 70s burned or bombed nearly one hundred campus buildings with military ties.
