Obsessed with this absolutely rubbish medieval beast. What an impeccable Creature. (Cambridge UL MS Kk.4.25)

A page from a medieval manuscript with a partially completed ink drawing. On the left is a figure wearing loosely draped robes and holding a sword and shield; he has a halo. His face and upper body have been drawn in detail in dark brown ink, but the rest of his body, and the sword and shield, are roughly sketched in a lighter grey. He is fighting a creature that... well, it's clearly unfinished, drawn in light grey. It is turned towards him so that we can see only one eye and its mouth (full of sharp teeth) in profile. The eye is cartoonishly large and the creature has a big, crooked snout. It looks like a 5-year-old's drawing of a dinosaur. It's delightful.

I am in bed feeling like garbage but I couldn’t sleep until I made this

That one comic where it’s like
Buff guy: Where do you work out?
Guy with massive head: At the library
Except the guy with the massive head is saying “sinus pressure”

Executive dysfunction? No! Do you think a person with executive dysfunction could make this?? ᠎ ᠎ ᠎ ᠎ ᠎ ᠎ ᠎

I just started her On Strike Against God and I'm rolling so much of the time. Incandescent anger and such cutting, clever humor. That combination is a lot of what keeps me coming me back to Russ.

Many people angry at the stochastic parrot frame do not understand what "stochastic" actually means. They seem to assume stochastic means random, which is not the case: it is "a random probability distribution or pattern that may be analyzed statistically but may not be predicted precisely."

AIRLINE HIJACKING INJECTOR Patent US3841328A, 1974 Summary: EVERY passenger seat fitted with a hypodermic syringe under each seat. A pilot or crew member can remotely activate a seat restraint and “instantly sedate or kill the passenger” ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (patents.google.com/patent/US384...)

black and white patent art. PATENTED OCT 15 1974” stamped on the top, and “SHEET 1 of 3” and “3,841,328” printed alongside. The line drawing (“Fig I”) is a side view of a smartly-dressed man from the 1970s sitting in an airliner seat. various sections are cutaway, to hi-light various features of the patent. various parts of the drawing are numbered and lettered. the main focus is a square area under the passenger, with various moving parts, including a vertical cylinder
“Fig II” - the accompanying drawing to the first, showing fewer numbered features, but more importantly now showing the gentleman slumped slightly down, somewhat distressed, mouth open. we see now that cylinder under him contained the needle, and we can see that all the surrounding parts have moved in order to lift the needle into his ass/bottom/tushy
