There is no fury like a UX consultant receiving an incorrect £100+ order of Post-It notes. All the wrong colours, no boxes, flimsy plastic packets, not ‘super-sticky’, heaps of evil vanilla notes. Incandescent doesn’t cover it! And breathe.

In terms of approach I apply the same core principles, mindset and research methods digitally as physically. But yes examples of academic digital UX in action are thinner on the ground. Our soon to be published 2024 yearbook has some great chapters tho.
