Doesn’t advanced stage syphilis also cause a loss of inhibition and judgment?

I've been saying this for years. No doubt in my mind he has untreated syphilis and refuses to accept the diagnosis or treatment.

Like Trump's evident dementia, syphilis is probably another serious illness he's refused to be treated for. His head AND his dick are rotting and it's too late to do anything about it.

I assume just being dumber than a sack of doorknobs has a similar effect as one ages. Who knows WHY he's so fucked up? He's just really, really fucked up.
