BTW, did this with specifically the applesauce earlier in this ice tray that makes skinny tube ice for water bottles and now they are these tiny little applesauce slushies and it's amazing. Don't know how well it'll work for other things but 10/10 recommend people make little applesauce popsicles.
Was doing pretty well on high dose 2x/day Famotidine & Cetirizine, Benadryl for breakthrough, and Ondansetron for nausea until I had bad reactions suddenly to all of them over a couple weeks. 😣🫠

Tonight's ER visit ended up getting me the palliative care dr. So validating to list my ongoing issues & have someone talk about the immense, complex symptom burden we deal with being on par w/what you typically see w/cancer patients. It's fucked up we don't get offered palliative care, honestly.
Chocolate ganache topped with toasted mini marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs. Extra ganache? Goes straight into s'mores, traditional with a bit of added raspberries or strawberries. Just saying 👀🧁
As long as I'm having no indications my throat is actually swelling at all (just feels tight), I get this from mcas & GERD. In either case it's an H2 blocker (pepcid) that helped the most. "Silent" GERD (LPR) can affect vocal cords/high throat/even up into ears without sparking typical heartburn
