I do this all the time, but I don't think it has to do with my attention span. If my brain can absorb the information at that speed, then I'm going to let it do its thing. (I'm also autistic though, so Idk.)

In my experience, the most expressive VRoid models have ARKit blendshapes, which can either be made in Blender or applied in Unity using HANATool (which is available on Booth). There are quite a few tutorials on how to do either, but I would recommend tutorials from ArgamaWitch or Fofamit.
