I received a letter of apology. It's a start. Two things though. I should emphasize that the term 'hearing-impaired' is not accepted in the Deaf community. 'Deaf' and 'Hard-of-Hearing' are the preferred terms. It's not just a form of communication; ASL, BSL, AUSLAN and more are real languages.
