Then, of course, import model, shaders and prebaked animations into unity. I was thinking of Godot, but it seems the dumb install fee on unity is gone... hell if i know but if Godot takes in blender shaders without protest, I'll use godot

Next steps would be - rigging with AccuRig or Charmorph -use controlnet or whatever is the state of the art for animations -buy clothes because I'm not making that shit right now

That's the very preliminary stuff and I'm setting myself a 3 month but if results are good, that's roughly like 30% or 40% of the workflow nailed
