Your experience is at odds with what the IRS says they found by surveying users. What made it a nightmare for you?

I need deep psycho therapy to dig it back up. Best thing is just to try it out yourself. You're probably smarter than I am, and/or hopefully they've improved it since January. One thing is the snail mail verification code - but that's just waiting. I think the thing I ran into more than once...
