Hey friends, Sorry for not updating sooner! As of yesterday it's been 1 month since I had my spinal surgery. I'm doing pretty well, though not without issues. My shoulder and neck muscles are still a mess and I'm in PT of course. I'll probably be in PT for a couple of months.
And I'm doing ok! I was released from the hospital yesterday and am recuperating at my parents house by the shore, which is a beautiful spot. Even just their backyard is a splendor.
