I know nothing about WI, but Clinton had this power for a couple years before it was ruled federally unconstitutional I wouldn't be surprised if something similar happens here "whoopsie, we only meant for republicans to have unchecked executive power"

It’s a line-item veto that can be used on the character level. The irony is that this version of the line-item veto was created by the courts at the urging of Republicans so Tommy Thompson could use it. Morons never anticipate another party will use it.
Should the US Senate have the power to wait until they like the president in power to confirm a Supreme Court justice? There's one party that's been playing clean and another that's been playing dirty; and if we can't get both sides to play clean, then both sides playing dirty is gonna happen.
