I think my favourite live-action take is Elementary, where Holmes is portrayed as an addict in recovery and Lucy Liu as Joan Watson. Literarily, the recent Mossa & Pleiti books by @older.bsky.social (Sherlock & Watson on a gaspunk Jupiter and they’re lesbians) are rocking the tropes for me nicely.
My theater, Upstart Arts, has done a series of Holmes stories as podcasts where host AC Doyle interviews Watson with flashbacks. Here's our latest: m.youtube.com/watch?v=kwJm...

I have to demote one of my previously favorite takes because of the author. But there's still lots! I like some of the Sherlock episodes. The tv shows Monk, Psych, and The Glades are all Sherlock-clones. And @older.bsky.social's The Investigations of Mossa and Pleiti are DELIGHTFUL.
Elementary and the cartoon Sherlock Holmes in the 22nd Century, hands down
