Dems need to win the trifecta, change the senate rules to eliminate the filibuster, and enact judicial reform ASAP.
If the Dems win the trifecta, they should just change the Senate rules and eliminate the filibuster altogether. They should also fire the parliamentarian and get started immediately on structural democratic measures like Supreme Court reform and DC statehood.
