We have a big open planned office (~20 desks) which is the focus for the group. I've had to start working elsewhere on campus to make sure I get work done. Being neurodivergent in a large office, with lots of distraction means I get barely any work done there. There can't be a catch all approach

I only became an expert in noise-cancelling headphones and earbuds once I had to work in an open plan office (and still do). Not neuro-divergent, just a misanthrope... They are hell.
