This thing here is the Morrell Airship, and regular readers will be unsurprised to learn that it briefly promised to be the future of flight.
One interesting bit is that I believe the engine manufacturer still exists, although not as an engine maker. Morrell used Hansen automobile engines, made by Waldemar Hansen, and Hansen Auto and Machine Works eventually became the current Hansen Machine Works.

Interesting to me: this is about the era in which UFO sightings start to get recorded. Unsurprisingly the main UFO sightings from this era describe "sausage-" or "cigar-like" craft. [always seemed more likely to me they were channeling news reports than seeing rogue airships, but who knows.]
