Right, as I’ve said throughout, I think we should legalize and regulate. Not ban. Prohibition will not work, it will only force people into sketchy offshore options. If you make it legal but difficult, you can actually have an impact (and also better track for IRS purposes).

I have to disagree here, as a fellow degenerate. I play online poker almost daily. I played a TON when I was younger in the early 2000s and I basically stopped after Black Friday. Once it was legalized again in my state (PA) a few years ago, I was right back at it.
