I don’t think I’ve ever been more shaken by a film than this one, which was one of two films my dad told me not to watch until I was at least 16. The last line has also been one of the most important in my life.

Faculty knows what this means but most people don't. It means 70% of all US faculty are being paid close to minimum wage.
One of the less obvious benefits of therapy for me as a PhD student is that the times when I talk through how my project is a way of grappling with my own most fundamental fears also become *great* for workshopping chapter structure!
