I have a body pillow that’s like the ones for pregnant people (U-shaped) that’s really comfortable to have around you sitting in bed.

I got the MedCline GERD pillow early on (Dec 2020) and it’s been a workhorse. It’s a solid platform for sleeping, and has a good angle that i can build on depending on my sitting up tolerance. It’s also got a long L shaped pillow. It makes an excellent nest base/prop

An over-the-bed work table on wheels so you can just push it with your computer/work items away from the bed when you're done working. A firm wedge pillow & extra smaller pillows for lumbar support/arm rests for when reclining (normal/soft pillows will just collapse under your back after a bit).
