It's a surprisingly good MMO that feels almost like single player TES from the good era, but it's buried under a completely insufferable GaaS layer.

Yep I have exactly 1,000 hours in ESO over the years, but every time I come back, I get sick of it after a month or so. I want to want to play it, but it constantly fights against itself.

Fallout 76 is also this, unfortunately

Makes me miss the era where every MMO in operation had private servers
