Healyā€™s title embodied the argument. Is there some malaprop or whatever you can employ, or maybe a parenthetical of some ā€œoriginalā€ Chinese that you will have ā€œinaccuratelyā€ rendered? (Meanwhile I would enjoy this approach to translating law but probably cannot do so under my byline.)
