Depends on what you mean by universal healthcare. If you mean something like the NHS in the UK kinda but private healthcare is still used (privately accessed or via universal healthcare because of capacity issues)

Thanks for responding. Yeah I imagine the US -if we ever get there- would do something similar to that, favoring to keep some private stuff as an option. But I'm thinking that a lot of them wouldn't *need* to operate these hospitals if the government is stepping in instead. But I'm just assuming
