Now the Court is doing passively what it was unwilling to do actively. By not taking this case, the Court allows TX to criminalize providing emergency care for pregnant ppl. Women will die—and the Court has successfully avoided having to make *any public statement* of how & why it got here. (2/2)

This is the legacy of the Never Hillary crowd. Of all the damage they did the wing-nut fouling of the Federal Judiciary and the SC will haunt us for decades and cost lives. Elections have consequences.
