Indeed. Another issue is what we call a "crime" and what we prosecute. Elon Musk committed outright securities fraud, filing fraudulent documents with the SEC about his Twitter purchases. The fraud netted him $200 million. He won't be prosecuted. He *might* be compelled to pay a fraction of that. 🤷‍♂️
