I’ve seen a lot of this kinda talk over the past year in library spaces as well. It’s really not making things better.

I’m now seeing people I’ve worked with and trusted become AI apologists, I think it’s because of the “inevitably narrative” and they want to be on board because they don’t want to become “irrelevant”. Their narratives of “well if you only use it this way” plays into the hands of TechBros.
